good point, he's deffo got youth on his side.gregregegg wrote: ↑20 Jan 2024, 14:28Very hard to say with any certainty…
my guess would be he falls just short of brittish levle, I think he is well short now but given how young he is and how much opportunity he has should get close….
If his chin is really solid (probably a while befor we find out) he could win a brittish title one day.
I mean he is 24, 6”3 240 and tough with unlimited opportunity, if he stays in the gym and is disciplined between fights he could be really good in 8 years… but I think he likes food and fun too much, which is fair enough.
Opportunity,

Listed as fighting bezus.
I like it, although it’s always a bit strange fighting a guy you peer stopped in 2 rounds recently… hard to reallly impress in comparison land.
But in isolation, it will be a fun watch, lil Johnny going hard agains a big slow lump.

Quite a few of the prospect/novice/area level guys are getting fights in soon.
Fisher and Itauma’s opponents are now set. Itauma in with a guy ranked 4 places above Johnnie Fishers opponent so all credit to him, clearly miles ahead of Fisher.
Jamie TKV fights Dobvyshenko who knocked out that lad from Coventry.
A bit further down in class Steve Robinson has a date set as does Moses Jolly and Dan Garber.

To be fair Itauma was a fairly decent amateur, I think he was unbeaten and from what it says online won gold at the schools, juniors and youth Europeans and World gold. I'm not sure Fisher done much at all.jameswilson wrote: ↑25 Jan 2024, 14:25

Fisher and itamus opponents are arguably a very similar levle. But very different, one could be a cruiserweight the other a giant.,
Both decent fights for raw guys like Moses and fisher. Bashing the giant is nearly always more fun to watch and provides stunning highlights.
But as part of your development you gotta do both… in 5 years the champ might be opetia… might be hovhanisayn… (probably someone in between but point stands)

he is very young but seemed to spark everyone at am level. He's definitely an entirely different class to Fisher.Controversial wrote: ↑25 Jan 2024, 15:21To be fair Itauma was a fairly decent amateur, I think he was unbeaten and from what it says online won gold at the schools, juniors and youth Europeans and World gold.
