I would guess it's Hertfordshire way.
You can't really pad records like in the pros, people only take fights if they have half a chance as you only have a plastic trophy to get bashed up over.
If you start winning fights you get moved up pretty quickly until you find your level, or you just keep getting moved up!
At 14-0 you would be in national squads
do you think he had any am fights?
Who knows? Even relative novices would take part in the abs prelims which would be recorded. A 6-0 fighter would take part.
He possibly fought on some local shows which wouldn't be recorded. But a 14-0 fighter def would have had some bigger fights

I think so too. Boxrec doesn't help us much with this, as the am records are so incomplete. Not complaining though, appreciate it is a headache keeping it up to date and reliant on external factors.

There’s footage of them practising in the dressing room, nothing but right-hand pile-drivers.
Fair play to Ben, simplest of game plans, but exactly what Joshua needed to do
Shows us how subpar MMA really is. They don’t punch like boxers, because Francis had a reputation for having a rockhard chin.
F*ck knows what Fury was playing it when he took on Francis
Ngannou was merely Fury signing up to Slimming World ahead of the camp for Usyk.
Needed a modicum of motivation and a massive pay day to at least notionally get his shit together AHEAD of properly preparing for USYK.
