Similar to Dubois but I think Dubois has an edge is speed and can also punch, so I fancy him to win but who knows...will be fun to find out.
Hrgovic has the edge on heart and durability
I never watched the fight v Zhang, did he fade in it at all? I know some people were saying Hrg should have lost, was that just outfought or did Hrg fade? I thought DDD showed durability vs Miller as he is so heavy weighing down on you
I think he had loads of issues. His father passed. I don’t think the knockdown was that severe also. I kind of thought Zhang nicked it. By a round or two. He was definitely not at his best there Hrgovic

I love how Zhang looks like the mediator in the video but has no idea what is being said.

It's also funny how Hrgovic talks better shit in English than Dubois does.

This fight would never be happening if it wasn’t for Saudi.

Boxers would just sit on a mandatory and fight shit

Any word on if this will be for the vacant IBF?

It should be, I hate rematches holding up belts. But I can’t see IBf turning down 2 % of undisputed (or whatever they take)

Can someone explain to me why I would pay 20 euros for a ppv when I'm already paying 25 euros for a monthly subscription when all the expenses of the show are covered by the Saudi Arabian government?? Where is that money going to? Do they think fans are completely braindead cattle?

The Saudis will want some sort of return to make it look like legitimate business and to try and make it sustainable in the long long run.

Well I can guarantee you, that's not part of the plan and the DAZN money isn't going to Saudi Arabia.

Enjoyed that. Ironic that Hrgovic says you fight with balls, since there's a good chance Dubois will give him a wallop in them.

My money is on Hrgovic but he did seem to give up a couple of times against Zhang

Dubois did well to weather the Baby Milller storm and take him out, so I give him more of a chance than I would have done a year ago or so.

Seems like the IBF aren't gonna strip Uysk, so this will be a non title fight

Will it be for interim belt or just another final eliminator?

IBF should make it a Final eliminator. Hrgovic has already beaten Zhang in an IBF eliminator.

I watched the Hrgovic v Zhang fight again last night and thought Filip won even more convincingly than I initially thought. When Hrgovic put together combinations they were very eye catching.

Hrgovic should have too much skill & experience for Dubois, but during the roundtable thingy that Buncey hosted, I didn't like the disdain Filip seems to have for Daniel. Dubois isn't a pushover for anyone and Hrgovic will do well to realise he will be facing the best version of Dubois.

Hrg for me.
Dubois got some redemption against Miller, coming through a few difficult moments to shut big mouth up. However, Miller's right in front of you, he's there to give and take rather than outbox you. For me, what Dubois' defeats have shown, is that he's susceptible to the jab with little head movement. If Joyce can land the jab often enough to bust up his eye then a tall rangy guy like Hrg will be able to do the same. Hrg has shown a bit of weakness himself, the body language against Zhang wasn't good, and I'd like to see Dubois be as aggressive as he was against Miller to put the pressure on.
I just see a similar outcome as per the Joyce and Usyk fights though, outjabbed and then taking a knee after a big right later on.

Hrgovic has massive fitness problems and is a 9 round fighter. The Zhang fight is an interesting case study. He punched himself out numerous times and could barely stand on his feet. If Zhang wasn't 40 something and a low volume puncher he would have had Hrgovic out of there.

Meanwhile Dubois is all solid muscle but has some durability issues I think, he's still young and I get the feeling he folds easily. Against Usyk those punches that took him down didn't even seem that heavy, I think he'd just had enough.

I'm going with Dubois by stoppage. If he can survive the first 6 rounds while landing some of his solid body shots, its game over for Hrgovic.
