this is a fair prediction actually. Wilder to do a Rocky, but the fight is over in less than sux rounds

I think there’s every chance this could be a drab affair for a lot of rounds, with Wilder moving away, and Zhang not wanting to expend energy chasing him.

I'm also not getting too excited about this fight because I don't see a lot of action happening, it will be lack lustre affair until it ends suddenly, probably quite early.

Wilder doesn't have the boxing skills to keep Zhang off him.
Wilder couldn't handle the weight of Fury, and he'll have the same problem with Zhang, but against a far stronger and heavier handed guy in front of him.

Early KO loss for Wilder

Wilder looking like a shot fighter these days, the three Fury fights would've taken a lot out of him, one year out the ring, a first round KO and then another year out resulting in a very subdued and shaky display against Parker. In his interviews he seems to have lost that fiery edge he used to have, he seems more chilled out and quiet. I think Zhang will just walk him down and flatten Wilder with the first big punch he lands. Saying that we don't really know how good Zhang's chin is, he was dropped early in his career by a long right hand so it'll be interesting to see what happens if Wilder lands one of those.

Zhang is right there for Wilder to hit, he ain't feinting or slipping away like Parker. And Wilder (and I'm being kind here) is defensively very leaky.
So, as you say, stamina might not come into it

We have had some stunning HW 12 round fights lately, I think it would be prudent to prepare for a very short but exciting evening.

Wilder does not have skillset (he has no skills) or head movement to avoid those big lefts and Zhiang is a much better boxer, with much better skills and match him for power.

Yes, he is slow but Wilder is hardly lightening and he telegraphs everything. Zhiang's skill, timing and power should be more than enough.

I’m struggling to see how anyone gives Wilder a decent chance in this.

No free months for me, had to pay full price for the monthly subscription and the Fury vs Usyk ppv. I could buy this card, too and end up with 70 euros in total.
