Unlike Charlo Munguia doesn't seem like he is only in there for the money.
If he doesn't hurt Canelo, he is doing to lose though.

most of the rounds are pretty competitive tbh, you could feasibly have it wide forr canelo but doesnt really reflect how much munguia has brought

It was a good fight for sure.
I expected more from Munguia in the last round, though.

fight goes the distance, should be a canelo decision, scores could spread fairly wide but he defo deserves it

first time ive seen him look 'old' though............less speed, winded earlier, pushed back and bullied like i havent seen

It's pretty impressive clearly beating a young warrior like Munguia looking that bad. 116-111.

I guess you could say Canelo is aging well, like Mayweather did.

Canelo won 8 rounds or so, plus knockdown. He should retire

Mung fought hard and well. Loses the fight but increases his credibility

You'd have to fancy Benavidez woulda edged him out, but the weight is obviously a thing.

I think Benavidez said once he decided to move up there's no way he can move back down. There's not much at super middle for Canelo in terms of big names...possibly Berlanga in September and maybe Crawford in May next year? Otherwise, he'll have to go for Light heavy again?

Munguia fought well, he gave it his all.
In losing will come out as a viable opponent for many.
