Hey all that stuff is still possible. Whether it's for the Championship or just a fight between contenders, I'd still love to see all of those fights.
if Wilder loses to Zhang though I can't imagine he could be taken seriously again as a big fight opponent. At least not without getting a win over somebody.
Supposedly Ngannou called out Wilder, if someone is actually stupid enough to sign that up I'd take that fight if I was Wilder as quick as possible after Zhang. Even if they could get it done by July or August I'd take it.
Usyk vs Wilder wouldn't be horrible either, but Wilder obviously needs to get back in the win column before fighting for any title right now.

I want to see Joshua v Fury next. They need to draw a line under their rivalry.
Enough with the merry-go-round of the same popular fighters getting title shots over and over again. IF Fury hadn't strung us all along (and held up the division) for the last two years that would be one thing.
It's time for some new blood to get a chance. Hrgovic (rate him or not) has been kept waiting way too long. A champion defends his belts. Sport is not meant to be all about making the most money

Agree ,, its time to put this baby to bed , its where the money is , it has lost some appeal but still a big fight , no point Fury having another war with Usyk he will probably lose , the Ukranian team is just too profesional and now have a base to work from I suspect he would stop fury next time , no matter what though he has to get rid of his idiot father leave him home to babysit the kids , although that might be dangerous he'd probably have head butting competitions with them and declare himself head butt champ of morcambe

I am not so bothered about Fury v AJ........Usyk is the main man and I want to see if Fury can deal with being the B side guy for the first time and dig deep to become a much better fighter. These two are the elite, everything else feels sideshow.

I didn’t think I’d be saying it after a Fury loss to Usyk, but I’d like to see a rematch.
Similar to Joshua v Usyk, I think Fury can do a bit better if they fight a second time.
Fury v Joshua is only a battle for no.2 spot.

I can well imagine fury saying "I won that fight, I was robbed, I've beaten them all now, and have nothing left to prove so it's sayonarra, I'm off to the tip via maccy D's. Gispy king out."
I am not certain he will want to risk getting properly sparked out next time - which, let's face it, is now not that unlikely any more. Clearly Usyk can hurt him, all he needs is to find one big shot.
Of course, Fury may want to get revenge so badly, but I am not convinced at this stage, he has the hunger to prove himself the best - let's see. October is not that far away.

A lot of fights aren't made because of rival promoters, lack of TV dates, not enough money to go round.
However with the Saudis this is all solved.
There will be a date available in October, the fighters will share a couple of hundred million quid, all the hangers on will get paid big.
Realistically all the fights will be made.
To be honest I'm double looking forward to the rematch, and the fights that will follow, looks like the top fighters will be back to fighting 3 times a year in big fights.
The Saudis have no interest in Usyk fighting the Chisoras of this world.
I think with the Saudis we are going to see all the fights we want to see, it's fantastic.

Time to freshen things up
Usyk v Fury was close and a good fight, but I'd much rather see Oleksander defend against deserving contenders in Hrgovic and Parker.

Without a doubt AJ V Fury.
Usyk can do whatever he likes. Maybe Kabayal in poland or germany stadium, but the bloke could easily just retire. Despite winning them all, hes took some licks fighting 3 big lumps in AJ, Dubois and Fury. He's had some career and could look to get out healthy.

- Usyk Vs Hrgovic/Dubois winner (IBF mandatory) or Parker (WBO mandatory)
- AJ vs Fury (possibly x2)
- Kabayel Vs Parker or Hrgovic/Dubois winner
Then:
- Unified champ vs winner of the Kabayel fight (Undisputed WBO/IBF unification)
Then:
- Undisputed champ vs AJ/Fury winner
Bakole, Anderson, Ajagba, Pero, Hunter, Huni, Wardley etc. can all fight it out for the WBC and WBA mandatories in the mean time.

I'm not sure either of them have it in them to maintain enough relevant wins to get a title shot in 18-24 months. Zhang is 41 while Joyce is 39 in a few months.
Zhang will probably have one last run and retire after his next loss. Others like Joyce, Ruiz and Whyte will have to step up their activity and maintain a high level of opponent to stay relevant before the others leave them behind before they get too old.
Wilder supposedly going to face Anderson win or lose against Zhang. I think he loses both. He'll be way out of the mix by then.

Allegedly called September too soon in Fury's post-fight interview, preempting Matchroom's inevitable offer, so that's a definite no unless Fury overrules or Turki opens his wallet.
