Anderson - out and everyone below moves up one
Bakole - stays where he is. He shouldn't be rewarded for beating a lower ranked opponent who a lot of people now think should be dropped out of the top 15
Joyce - out (his last decent win is too far back to protect him he's essentially only beaten Kash Ali in the last two years)
Miller - 14
15 - vacant (no place for Ruiz)

Shall we wrap this up soon then?
Re: BoxRec Forum HW Top 15 ranking - Bakole / Anderson / Miller / Ruiz
Might as well. Makhmudov fights this weekend. Not sure if anyone might want to vote him in if there's a vacant spot?

Well that's one I didn't see coming...
Damages Kabayel's record a bit as Makhmudov is his best or second best win while it definitely boosts Ajagba's split decision over Vianello and also Rice's win.

i saw it coming, mak was always limited and fighters of his style are more likely to go downhill fast when theyve been cracked - see kownacki too. it doesnt really take much from kaybayels win for me and we saw agit follow that one up with one id rate even higher.

I don’t think we need to vote him in, based on me thinking miller beat Ruiz….
But on paper there’s an argument guido just topped Otto and millers carrer best wins…

I agree, it's too early to vote him in.
At some point we just assume that someone is good, like Mak or Yoka.
Vianello is looking solid, though.
One of his two loses is a doctor stoppage because of a cut, the other one a close SD lose to number 11 on the list.
And now the win over Mak.
I missed to vote, but seems like it's about what I had in mind:
Anderson out
Bakole to 8
Miller to 15
Ruiz unranked
Because of Anderson, Joyce is still in for me.
On one hand I can't put him below Miller anyway, on the other hand it's embarassing he got his ass dominated by this version of Chisora.
Anyway, strange ass list.

Takem vs Schwarz is not a “see who’s in the top 15” fight. But it is a weirdly interesting scrap.
Re: BoxRec Forum HW Top 15 ranking - Bakole / Anderson / Miller / Ruiz
This would definitely be Schwarz’ best win if he could pull it off but I reckon Takam takes this to extend his career a bit more.gregregegg wrote: ↑13 Sep 2024, 19:49 Takem vs Schwarz is not a “see who’s in the top 15” fight. But it is a weirdly interesting scrap.
