Any of those mentioned would be good. The only problem with Parker is he could easily stink the place out with a defensive approach. That said, Dubois is 100% the main man right now.
Mad what happened to Dubois. A year ago was considered a chinny quitter bust, now he’s top dog after battering Miller, Hrgovic and Joshua.
Amazing turnaround.

If anything, the losses seemed to have helped him. He seems to have worked more on his jab, head movement and showed the mental strength previously thought lacking to come through rough patches against Miller and Hrg.
I think when he was laying it on Miller to force the stoppage is the most i've cheered on a fighter in a long time.

Oh, I think I cheered a lot louder when he obliterated AJ.

Although I think we all wanted Bakole, Kabayel or Parker, it's a fun fight while it lasts. Think it's a step too far for Wardley though without any euro level opponents as warm up. I don't think Wardley can be counted out completely though because of his power, I just don't think his style is going to translate to the higher level without in the ring practice.
When was the last time that a world, the British and Commonwealth belts were all held by the same guy?

Dunno, but I'd guess he would need to vacate them to get the shot, expect FW to be fighting for them, Moses v someone pehaps

Why isn't AJ taking it? Hearn keeps saying "If it was up to AJ he'd fight Dubois next". Well, who is it up to? They can't say the dates don't work, he only boxed five rounds and spent most of the time laid on the canvas.

Exactly. Hearn consistently says that it's AJ who has the final call
Maybe he does and he doesn't fancy another shellacking

Maybe he needs to have some time under a new trainer. I take it he can't have a warm up fight before it which would negate the rematch clause? If he doesn't have an injury then it's plenty of time.

wardley isnt at that level yet and although maybe tempted by saudi $$ realistically needs a few more fights at increasingly harder levels before making a world title challenge .

FW will come with the champ and leave with the champ.
Furthermore as well as himself, both parties will be rewarded handsomely.
Be life changing money for Wardley

A year ago it would prob be considered an even fight. Now I imagine Dubois will be 3-1 favourite. Wardley definitely has a good chance. I like this fight
I mean remember Lerena had him all over the place in the first round and Fabio punched harder

As far as I know he doesn't have either a new trainer or a rematch clause. He can't do the Franklin and Helenius stuff again. There's no time and there's even a chance he'd get chinned again looking at hid recent form.

I suspect Joshua does want the rematch but his management team and his promoter don't and are working on him to not take it.
Last thing they need is him losing again.

the politics of vested interests at play here will steer aj away from rematching dd towards a fight / fights with fury which are far more lucrative .
anyone managing any boxer in this scenario would do this .

Trouble is a matchup between Fury & AJ is looking more likely to happen only if Fury is beaten by Usyk. If Fury wins he wants to do a trilogy with Usyk rather than leave it 1-1.
So then, if Fury loses, do they make Fury v AJ as the battle of the losers? Both having lost to Usyk twice, Fury possibly even beaten by a wrestler and AJ having had his clock cleaned by Dubois? The timing couldn't be worse in regards to the promotion of this fight. If it wasn't for the Saudis I'd give it very little chance of ever happening.
