I dont think so. Winky was small for 160, didnt fight at angles like hop/martinez and stood right in front of people

I think it would have been even
Pavlik is slow of hand and foot, no lateral movement and best victory outside of Taylor is Edison Miranda. He's never given me indication that he could comfortably beat someone like Winky. Even when the Hopkins fight was announced, I was shocked by those thinking he would walk through Hopkins. When Taylor realized his power wouldn't pull through, he gave Winky trouble with movements and angles, something Pavlik didn't have.
After his fights with Taylor I would like to have seen Pavlik fight any of:Abraham, Williams, Sturm, Mundine and Wright.... all of whom HBO talking heads were naming as potential opponents.
......but Kelly and his team tried to cherry-pick an old-man with name value and it back-fired big time.
Pavlik Abraham was a fight I really wanted to see.

Interesting clash of styles.

Andy Ruiz. So much talent but seems to lack drive. Even before the AJ win

Ruiz fought Parker back in 2016. Since then Parke has had 17 fights. Ruiz only 8.

Yep, Ruiz is a huge disappointment.

All that ability, but no dedication nor desire to fight regularly.

He might as well retire because he's made himself irrelevant anyway.

Exactly.

All the more disappointing when you consider he's virtually stopped fighting.

It's like he wants to be irrelevant.
