Frostieballs, excuse my bluntness about Dykes and please crack on....you're obviously doing the right thing judging by the interest generated.
Yep, I know there is amateur form but personally I just can't see anything to get excited about.
I'll be the first to hold my hands up if Dykes does proves me wrong, but I think it would be a stretch if he could win a Southern Area title (which I still hold in high regard). Even then, I think he'd have to have a very carefully chosen opponent.
Do you think he has enough scope for improvement to go places ?

I’m biased Butch. He’s my mate!
His last fight was at southern area level - for some reason the sanctioning didn’t go through.
He jumped from 6 to 10 rounds, did it easy and won by 3-4 rounds on most scorecards.
Somehow a 93-93 was announced (not really possible without knockdowns or really one sided rounds). The board have since admitted this was a mistake.
He’s as game as they come mate. Can’t eee him being phased by many.
If he could get down to cruiser - then I think he’d be really dangerous.
No opportunities at Bridger really at this level.

Another Wasserman card where the most interesting thing will be to see how off his head on coke Kalle is
Only 3 people were interested in the poll.

99-91 thank God it's over, that was atrocious, Wagner actually began alright, looked dangerous with the left hook, was switching constantly befuddling Eubank a bit but then just stopped working and it allowed Eubank to take over without landing much, Eubank is super quick, fast feet, his feinting is very good but as far as throwing punches he's bang average, for someone so quick he can barely land anything, especially power punches, he was miles off, time and again he was wide off the mark, most of his work was blocked but because Wagner was so negative, Eubank was winning from ring general ship and the few clean shots he was landing, it was a dire watch, Eubank did land the right a bit more frequently in the last couple but overall it was poor from both men for different reasons

He can't throw the right without falling into a clinch. He has far too much of the feinting stuff that isn't needed and isn't even setting anything up. Little to no accuracy because he just doesn't have the skills to be able to time punches properly and throw them in a balanced way. I think he's very limited and just looks better than he is to some people due to how he is doing all of that feinting and fast movements when he's out of range. He's also very repetitive in what he does. He is very negative and a horror to watch. Living off the Eubank name.

Harlem Eubank now gets three rounds to impress or I'm out. Last night I switched off after three. The first fight of last night's Ch5 broadcast was entertaining though.

I'm done with him after the Catterall fight, he's had way more chances than most on primetime free telly and blown it.

He seems like a nice bloke in interviews I’ve heard but dull to watch unfortunately. I started watching up ending up scrolling on my phone mid fight as I lost interest, never a good sign.

Harsh to say - but as I said on the other thread, one of worst shows I’ve been too.

From when I first saw him box which I think might have been on a Matchroom Monaco bill, I’m absolutely amazed Eubank has made it to this level of headlining in 10-12 round fights vs reasonable international opposition. I expected him to fall before he even got to southern area level.

Harlem has the best slot on TV
And this is how he performs.
Not his fault if he’s just not that good.

Surely there’s something else in telly you could watch?

That's absolutely correct, there's a multitude of other things I could have watched.
You just love boxing too much

I suspect Eubank might get a shot at Crocker next year, more on the Eubank name than anything else. It's a win win for Crocker a payday and easy win

Not sure.
IBF have 10 pound clause after weigh in. For his first fight back at 147.. I doubt he will want a clause.
But then if Shakur is coming up to 147 to fight him, Shakur said he will put a clause in.
