Just saw this on twitter.

How on earth can Queensberry be in financial trouble.

The money they have made especially over the past few years.

Is he a crap businessman or something?
Come on, look who's posting it.

Straight from the Saudi playbook
They grassed themselves up saying about ticket sales suffering for Wardley v Dubois before they went on sale...
That’s the first thing I clocked

Knowing Frank, he most likely has.

You can't escape contracts with him
Didn't calzaghe win a case against him and then FW bust the company so joe ended up with nothing?

But I thought Frank was an honest, hard working boxing man who knows what the people want and looks after his boxers?

Was always going to end this way. Fish eyes was in the right place at the right time. The Saudi’s wanted Fury and he was lucky enough to be promoting him and rode on the Saudi coat tails. His shortcomings as a top promoter came to the surface eventually and he’s been left behind

Wouldn’t mind betting that the Saudis have got hold of Fury directly - and might be cutting FW out.

Remember recently seeing a sudden random tweet from FW account re how proud he has been to working with TF

Has some context now

It would also explain how you get to that level of damages.

Fish eyes does like suing people.

This time, no matter how water-tight they might think it is, they are up against a massive opponent who probably believes that their case is also solid. Will be interesting to see how this pans out.

As someone said, Joe Calzaghe took him to court back in the day. FW lost that one, wound the company up and paid JC nowt, so he is not adverse to stitching people up, either.

He tlaks a lot of bollox at times, but Simon Jordan was spot on with this one, he said they would use Warren and Hearn to get to know their business and then cast then aside when they felt ready to do so. Even if his case is solid it's usually the guy with the biggest wallet who wins and the Saudis have the biggest wallet of all, they could just tie him up in litigation for decades.

The Saudis will literally just shrug their shoulders at this. It’s like someone suing any of us for a quid.

They have all the money in the world to tie up FW’s team for years. They might throw him a little bone so he can save a bit of face out of some kind of goodwill from
Turki - but I don’t see how he wrestles back control.

The only time the Saudis cede control is when they get bored with their new plaything. Which they will, but not for some time.

I wonder if Frank are Eddie are glad they ran like little puppies to Turki’s hotel room whenever his excellency whistled.

A man has got to have a code Ruthless!

And it might be short term money at the expense of being frozen out.

Maybe if you always expected Turki to freeze everyone out eventually, what you could do is massively inflate all your prices and invoices for as long as you could get away with it. Before the bubble burst.

If you 3x your costs, you've had 12 years from 4yr deal. Saudis probably wouldn't cotton on for ages, if at all.

The ring, the Bible of boxing, sending out such a badly written press release tells us this was written by turki, or one of his assistants, sweating bullets as Turki leans over him yelling instructions. Comically bad.

Was that when Fwank coerced Joe into signing a new contract in the dressing room immediately after a fight.

Does Fury not have a contract with Fwank? I though Luke's word was his bond.

For someone who criticises him often you sure put a lot of faith in everything he says. I'd say he'd leave Frank as quickly as he left Big Mick.
