Do any of us take this fight seriously? We're the fans. We're all laughing at it.
This doesn't represent "The Sport" overall in any way. It's a one off event in one of the few sports where something like that is possible.

Most people in any elite level sport are on PEDs
Most people in bog standard gyms are on something nowadays never mind pro athletes
Some just hve a better knowledge of how to use it and to largely undetected than others
