Sol Dacres says he was sounded out for the fight as well and accepted when they made the call but obviously they had called multiple challengers and picked Kadiru.

Shows the level of opponent they were after. Also proves that Kadiru already being ranked by the WBA but not yet announced is also bollocks as Dacres isn't ranked.

kadiru is unimpressive every time i see him, not even sure why he did so well in the ams (at least the juniors - maybe developed/manhooded earlier than the rest?). cant see what he has

He has fast hands and was an established amateur with good fundamental skills.
He lacks real serious power but I anticipate him beating Joyce by a comfortable decision if he does not get caught. As I have not seen enough of him to tell how good his chin is

Thanks. All the bookies seem not to be offering prices on this.
It feels like Joyce has been retired as long as George Foreman before his comeback.
Definitely an interesting fight though
