Maybe they could fight on a barge in the English channel, or in a hot air baloon....
I think Carl is still active, last I heard there was talk of a rematch with Sebastian Rothmann.J wrote:PLus i thoght the Cat had retired so why is he calling him out?

And yes, once he makes himself known back in the UK, he'll be arrested for failing to turn up in court for traffic offences. So he'd better hurry up and then plan a comeback fight for the New Year!
Are you sure Kev? I think there was another misdemeanour since then. He's not been back to the UK since his last arrest warrant was issued I dont think.Kevin wrote:Ian,Ian 'Mr' McNeilly wrote:Come on fellas, have a sense of humour. He's already had his day in court and got community service and a fine.

That's what I thought. Last thing I remember was he went to court...and then legged it. A warrant was issued for his arrest and he went to Vegas. It could have been cleared up but I'm surprised I missed it.nickd wrote:Are you sure Kev? I think there was another misdemeanour since then. ...filled by the hot shit that's emitted from Hide's mouth every now and again.jamesmcdonnell wrote:Maybe they could fight on a barge in the English channel, or in a hot air baloon....
You're committing the cardinal sin of allowing yourself to believe in Herbie Hide old son. We've all done it, even Frankie Warren did it to the tune of a lot of money, but by now we should all know better.Phenomenal-Nutrition wrote:How good would any of our Crusers do in Hides shoes?
Vitali - all would get ko'd quick just as Hide did
Tucker - Hide ko'd him in 2rounds 8years ago - he was old but no one else did that to him
Fisher - ko'd in 2 and took hoffman 12
Bentt - he beat Tommy Morrison
Chingagu - lost and avenged his defeat
If you look at even who some of the journeymen he ko'd and compare how they did against world class contenders/champs it speaks volumes for his power. His power is world class at HW imagine what he'd do to a Cruser
Herbies 33 and could make a big dent at world level if he gets to his best at Cruser - I dont think he would at HW unless he fought Byrd or Ruiz - I fancy his chances with those 2 because of styles.
You see how easy it is to start believing in Hide again? Don't do it, you know he'll get KO'ed by the firs serious opponent. JUST SAY NO AND TOGETHER WE CAN BEAT THE MISERY CAUSED BY UNFOUNDED HERBIE OPTIMISMjosh fg wrote:Would be interesting to see if he can build something from this one though.
lol I know but I am stuck on the fact that he has held the WBO title and been in with top fighters he must have been able to do something... but you are probably rightChopping Right wrote:You see how easy it is to start believing in Hide again? I'd actually fancy Byrd to stop him, such is the China-Chinedness of HidePhenomenal-Nutrition wrote: ...he fought Byrd or Ruiz - I fancy his chances with those 2 because of styles.
