Scott Harrison by a long way, he acts like "Billy Big Balls" all the time and if anyone doesn't recognise who he is he feels he has to start a fight with them just to prove a point.
I've met him a few times and he always comes across as being a complete Knob-head.
Nicest boxers I've met :
Matt Skelton - I'm not his biggest fan but outside the ring he's a class act.
Johnny Nelson - Very intelligent man who always seems interested in what people are speaking to him about.
Junior Witter - He comes across as being arrogant in interviews but everytime I've met him he's a very down to earth bloke.

No one I can think of. I like pretty much most boxers. Trash talk is part of boxing and doesnt really define who a person really is.

I have to say that from my own experiences (and no I don't know Froch well, this is not namedropping), that Froch is a nice guy outside the ring as far as I can tell, anyway.
He doesnt seem arrogant at all and is the first to admit he is just trying to get his sport the publicity it lacks and he feels it deserves.
There is a bit of an act going on from Froch, like say a Eubank. There's the idea that it's better to be hated than not heard of.
So far he ha bcked up his boasts and he has set himself a pedestal for himslf to go on and win a world title (a proper 1!). If he does it than he deserves multiple respect, if not and he fails, than he will hve egg on his face.
The fact he is controversial is refreshing cos it publicies the sport and at least gives boxing a tad more space and a headline, rather than its usual matchbox segment. Good luck to Froch, I say...
Reckon there should also be a mention for the nice boxers out ther (and the majority tend to be): The likes of Brodie, Scott Lawton and Damon Hague...

Anyone who gives it the big I am, when they haven't actually achieved anything on the world scene.
With that in mind, I find the press releases coming from Hennessey sports are shockingly guilty of being overly irritating.
They come across as being desperate in my book.

World - Floyd Mayweather (As gifted as he the way he disrespected Gatti before the fight turned me off him regardless if it was for ticket sales or not)
Britain - Joe C (For his repetitive phrases such as I am the best super middle, I am going up to light heavy, this year I will have my career defining fight etc etc)

At the end of the day. these fighters are doing what they wantr for a living and most are just chatting on an internet forum...
I lik ethe Mayweathers and Toneys of the boxing world, at least they have some charisma and the TALENT to back it up...

I do not seriously believe that Mayweathers tirade against Gatti sold tickets.
The fight would have sold whether the fighters were respectful beforehand or derisory.
Tyson manages to sell tickets on the back of his antics but fortunately he is in a very small minority.
I have developed a dislike for Calzaghe's blurb and his actions to the total contrary. He did have a tremendous amount of ability and he also had numerous opportunities to increase his fan base.
Glenn Johnsons treatment of Calzaghe was pricelesss.

Im not a big fan of Jason Cook. It cracked me up after one of his fights, a few years ago, he called out Floyd Mayweather, and wanted him in the the Rhondda Valley sports centre or somewhere like that.

Hatton most irritating outside the ring? Did he bad mouth Kosta? I don't think so. He showed him respect even although he beat him convincingly. He is a true world champion and a credit to boxing.
Stop him in the street and he will give you all the time in the world. Same for Matthew. Even had a few chips off him once.

In fairness to Whitter it must habe been very frustrating playing No.2 to Hatton all the time when he was winning the more prestigious honours.
I always got the impression that it was Warren preventing a Whitter v Hatton match up and Hatton quiet often stated that it was in his contract to fight him and he wanted to shut him up.
I suspect that he has resulting to high profile taunts in an attempt to get the fights. He has also made trips to the States and beaten world ranked opponents. He is therefore covering all angles.
He has also built up a highly impressive run of early finishes (15 or 16) which is exactely what Hatton done to gain his initial exposure.
Obviously Hatton has now a recognised belt and a win against the division No.1 but I suspect that all that has preceeded this feat has made Whitter a man almost obsessed with getting Hatton into the ring.
Whitters last two outings have suggested a possible stamina problem - That would surely be his downfall against Hatton.

1. Floyd Mayweather: Amazing skills inside the ring and talks the talk outside the ring. Backs up what he says in superb style. He realises that nobody can touch him and lets it be known. An all time great trash-talker and a great man.
2. Junior Witter: A very confident fighter who can't wait to get a shot. Brings a tear to the eye when you think about the bad hand he has recieved in recent times but a man who says the right things and acts the right way outside the ring.
3. Carl Froch: Thought he was a tool at first but compared to Calzaghe he has turned into one of my most favourite fighters.
Basically, you are a first class prick. You call Skelton a bum, and want him in a medical unit.
Do yourself and everyone else a favour and stop posting on here.
Or, better still turn up at one of our meetings, and stop hiding behind a keyboard and screen.
You ought to be ashamed of yourself.
