135?!? thats less than 10 stone there is no way Ed Norton ever weighed less than 10stone with all that muscle. More like 170.

whilst lefthooks Ed Norton example may not be exactly accurate, what he is saying in principal is true..... the more ripped the bigger you appear look.. an illusion really

Sylvester stallone was only 155lbs in Rocky 3....

Its true I think, I read it somewhere ages ago. He's pretty small and the muscle fell of him once he stopped shooting the movie. Camera tricks also. 170? No way.

When you think about it...if he needs to lose so much weight for his fights...one thing you can be sure of is that he wont(cant) be cutting corners.

Don't mean to take this too far off topic but does someone have a picture/description of a leg press. I know there are lots of different leg exercises you can do in the gym and I don't know which one this is.

I weigh just over 140 but moving anything in anyway that is over 20st sounds very difficult.
worth remembering that your legs lift your bodyweight everytime you stand up, so if you are 10stone guy you do the equivalent of a 10stone legs press everytime you stand up.....

20st = 120kg = 3plates a side which is hardly anything - I think he was supposed to do 7plates a side but it still isn't much for a legpress, I did that when I was 16 the first time I used that machine

One thing to consider, most actors are only about 5' 3" tall...or maybe 5' 6". I do find it hard to believe that Stallone only weighed 155 in Rocky III, Mr. T was well over 200 and Hulk Hogan was 300+...Stallone just did not look 200 lbs lighter than Hogan, but I have no idea as it is just my opinion!

Looks like Hatton is leg pressing more than 120 kgs. Don't think Stallone looked like a Heavyweight, maybe Light Heavy at the most he looked.

Why is Ricky leg pressing anyway? Leg press is a bodybuilders exercise that can develop muscle inbalances and can be bad for the lower back. He should be doing normal squats and deadlifts. Also, I doubt thats his max on the machine. What benefits to boxing training are their doing low rep heavy leg presses which he probably does? Seems a bit of a waste.

No way in hell was Hulk Hogan ever 300lbs+. The weights and heights of pro wrestlers and known to be greatly exagerated(sp?). Even now but especially back in the 80's.
