But if I was I'd prefer the Griffin on Clerkenwell Road! ;)
Not that sweaty, scummy place full of strippers and other general filth?

I'm up for that! :TU:
Excuse me. I used to be the bar manager there.

"The Rainbow Sports Bar" isn't too far away either..... but that place is beyond filth :x :x
Or Ye Olde Axe which is a few doors up from Browns AKA Ye Olde Axe Wound. That's the grubbiest of the lot.

ye olde axe........ dunno if he is still there, but Bruce Scott used to work the door there... so dont mess around :TU:
Used to be bar manager there too Alex Tompkins still works the door there. I can testify to him being one of the best doormen in London :TU:

Not in London at the moment, in Bali on my honeymoon!

Sorry had to get that in, been around Australia and now in Bali having a ball, logged in to check the latest boxing news and it doesn't feel like I've been away. Same old Calzaghe/Audley stories, boooorrrrriiiinnnggg...

Football and even cricket seem more interesting at the moment!
