Maybe someone can help me with this.

It was a taller Black guy with an afro.
Grimm as far as I know it was a guy by the name of Harry Terrell. He knocked him back into the ropes......Bentt's KO of Tommy was brilliant. Bennts handspeed was amazing.....

The total slo mo of Tszyu-Judah should be an "agony of defeat" trailer for all time. If you ever think you got it bad in life just watch rubber legs try to find "ground zero" after that. And the actual shot is pretty demonstrative by itself.

i saw max baer knock out frankie cambell it made me sick to my stomach, frankie dropped like he had just been hit with a baseball bat, and all the life was just sucked right out of him.. unfortunatley he died in the hospital a short while later.....

i bet mike tyson had his fair share of good ones, ive seen them im not sure who they were i refuse to follow tyson hes a disgrace, who did he knock out in like 30 seconds?
donnie long was one such opponent, first time i'd seen tyson as a pro. tyson punched long, long flew like a bird. if it was a football field, long's body would have scored a field goal.

I agree that Hearns' KO's against Duran and Cuevas were both brutal.
Rahman's KO of Lennox Lewis was pretty awesome.
Foreman's against Fraizer was unbelievable.

what about when Joe KO'd Foster. Every time I watch that it scares me.

The same goes for Mercer-Morrison. It wasn't a single punch KO but I always think the figth should have been stopped a punch ro 2 earlier.
Hahahaha....yeah Mercer almost decapitated him. The fight definantly went on 5 punches too long, what the hell was the ref thinking.
I hate how people can actually laugh about things like this happening in boxing. I have the Mercer-Morrison KO on DVD, and it is painful to watch, perhaps entertaining the first time if you don't realise how out-of-it Morrison is, but I certainly hope that no one here enjoys watching boxers lives being at risk in circumstances like this. From memory I think Morrison was out on his feet and was that hit with 8 power shots as he lay limp against the ropes, and the ref could certainly have limited that to maybe 2-3 shots if he'd stepped in when he should have. Perhaps Morrison laughs about it now, I just hope it hasn't/won't cause him serious lasting damage.

Sorry couldn't resist

It really was a class knockout though. You don't here enough about saad in bothp. He really was one of the most exciting fighters I ever saw.

What about Henry Cooper's knockout of Joe Erskine.... really brutal :box:

Got to agree with Joe Louis.

He was a frightful puncher.

I don't how a fighter could generate so much power from such a short range.
