I had Ramirez winning that fight, you can't win running away, slapping, grabing, holding on for dear life like Whittikar did, he looked scared in that fight. Ramirez chased him all night, and made the fight, Whittikar looked like he was on survival mode for most of the fight.

Just a few off of the top of my head.

Holmes-Carl Williams. Holmes really had an off night and Williams won at least 10 rounds. Yet all the judges had Holmes winning big.

Maxim-Patterson. An 8 round fight when Patterson was on his way up. Patterson won 7 of the 8 rounds but they somehow gave it to Maxim.

One that I never hear anyone talk about Camacho-Mancini. Mancini threw a lot of punches and missed most of the time, but Camacho did almost nothing the whole fight. Camacho couldn't have won more than 1 round, but they gave the "Macho Man" the decision.

Maybe the judges gave him points for making Boom-Boom miss. A tie-in for the other thread about points for good defense.

We musta been watchin different fights because I saw Mancini hitting thin air all night

Toney-Tiberi was a terrible decision, I had Tiberi winning by 117-111. Strangely he never fought again. Come to think of it I had Terry McGroom beating Toney in 2000 as well, by 96-94, though I wouldn't consider 2 pts a robbery. Ocasio-Qawi was another dreadful decision as well, I seem to remember scoring it 99-92 for the Camden Buzz Saw.

floyd patterson-jimmy ellis was a horrible decision. patterson outboxed him and knocked him down (it was called a slip but cleary was a knockdwon) and patterson broke ellis nose.


but the fight was held in INGOs backyard and the ref must have had a grudge against floyd for beating ingo so he gave the decision to ellis.

Benn-Eubank 2 wasnt bad at all IMO. I had Benn up by one round but when you include the low blow which was a legit deduction the fight was a draw. Thats how I scored it.

I also strongly disagree that Charles-Walcott 4 was a bad decision. Boring fight in which Charles didnt do enough to take a champions title and looked afraid of being blasted out again. The judges got that one right regardless of how mad it makes Jaclem.

Holmes-Witherspoon was an awful decision.

Patterson-Ellis was horrible for two reasons: 1 Patterson kicked the living shit out of Ellis and 2 it robbed Patterson of making history for being the first triple champ.

How about Giardello-Fullmer. When Fullmer started his dirty tactics (one of the dirtiest fighters Ive ever seen) Giardello paid him back in kind. Both men swear to this day that they won it but most considered it a bad decision.
