Listening to both sides of the arguments put forward for Dann and Williams, I'd say it's a tough fight for both of them (provided Richard gets some rounds in).
Let's hope this fight happens soon and settles it once and for all....we'd be in for a treat

I am fairly certain that Richard returns next month?.
Nicky Cook undercard.

Jermain Taylor would beat Williams and stop him early. Williams should concentrate on the domestic scene, plenty of decent fights for him there. It's a huge shame he got that mystery virus he could have done a lot more than he has.

I suppose the time out has kept him fairly fresh - if he is sharp - he can still do more!.
Of course he has to get a move on - but it is not as if he relied on speed and it is dwindling wth age - he has good solid text book boxing skills!.

I reckon Scott can make Euro level at least, what are you baseing your assumptions on one fight on sky?
A 34 yr old inactive Williams does not beat Dann imo.
I had no idea Eastman would be Sooooo lazy!

You never saw him fight before then I guess?

I knew he was lazy - but surely you can get up for a fight with a 40 year old B-Hop that if you win guarantees a rematch worth Millions?.
Howard is a very relaxed man!

Williams looked a real talent after the Taylor and Samuels wins - I thought with the right matches he could go all the way. But......he didn't get the right matches did he?
The Martinez fight was always going to be a tough one, ok worth a try maybe ( though no rating to be had if he won ) but the rematch was near career suicide. Maybe he insisted on it, but his management should've overruled and got him a rated fighter instead - some sort of come forward slugger more suited to his style. Not just hindsight, cause I think alot of people thought the same at the time.
Those were punishing losses, I really hope he can regroup and come back, cause he's a genuine nice guy with alot of talent.

But it's also a tragedy that Martinez's career appears to have stalled so badly....

I think he is doing quite well - but he also needs the fights - only Margarito has beaten him - would pick him to beat Oscar Anna kournikova de la chicken tikka Hoya.
Hope to see Richard back next month..
The Domestic Middleweight division is not too bad at present - RW can do well and maybe even in Europe.
Hope he looks sharp and fit next time out!

I hope he's fighting again because he wants and not because he needs the money or feels like he has to box.
I think he should go for the British and European titles, I think he'd beat Scott Dann easily.
No way does he beat Dann easily.
In fact, Dann might KO him
I don't rate Dann at all and think he's a knockout waiting to happen.

That is the fight to make for RW.
