There used to be a shop in Glasgow, tiny little pokey place, that had stacks and stacks of vinyl records all around the spray-painted walls. It used to be a well known DJ that ran it, if I remember right, and they also used to have a DJ actually doing live mixes (9-5

) in a little booth to the side. I'm pretty sure I saw Scott Brown doing this a fair few times, thought this was in the early/mid 90's and it's hard to remember.

I was looking to clear out old tapes a few months ago and happened to put a few on. Some of them - Bass Generator/Rez series are acceptable, but some of those 'speedcore' ones... WTF.
I still like listening to this type of music when doing gloved work, but for running I like some of the music already mentioned: Bukem, Omni Trio, Foul Play, etc. Out of modern stuff I like the likes of Klute and The Upbeats.
