feb 1st ish mate. then i wont be posting one week ot the next im afraid.
they gotta find someone to do my job and ive gotta give em a handover yet.
tho the old job has been busy enough, ive got a cold and cant be arsed at present.

Cheers for the cherries and celery tip. Now that I think of it someone at work told me to drink lots of cranberry juice, but I forgot about this when I went shopping. I have been drinking 3 litres water a day as it happens and this does seem to be helping.
Speaking of which, better get to the sink now....
