Fight reminded me so much of Witter vs Judah and IMO neither guy deserved much credit in that one either. Witter didn't want to fight and Judah couldn't adjust to the style - same here.

McDonagh did all he could to survive and not get knocked out it would appear...

For years guys were slating Waynes stamina blah blah blah.. now he starts showing that he has some stamina to go with that punch power people still wont give him any credit...

McDonagh like all of us knew that if Wayne connected he would go to sleep, so he boxed accordingly...He probably thought Wayne would tire late and he could perhaps stop him, but Wayne had worked hard in the preparation..

At the end of the day he hadnt been beating and the majority were picking him to win...

well done Wayne.... lets hope bigger and better things are on the way

It wasn't a great performance from Wayne but to my mind the focus should be on McDonagh's abymal attempt at winning the bout.

It reminds of when boxers like Matthey Barney are inlvolved in poor fights and the other guy also gets stick too, even though they are actually trying to make a contest of it. The likes of Barney are always in bad fights so it seems harsh to give his opponents grief as well. I feel McDonagh fell into this catorgory too for his fight will Wayne.

The fight stunk the place out and was painful to sit through.

Disagree. A one point deduction in the 11th round is nowhere near stern enough punishment for the foul performance McDonagh turned in.

What makes me laugh is the attitude McDoughnut had. He thinks he's something special the way he acts and he's utter crap! He had the cheek to taunt Wayne as if he was totally outclassing him. I'd fancy my chances against him!
