Collins and Barry, I don't have a dog in this race at all, but I did the bit of editing to Collins post. At the time I intended to follow up with pics of Saad and an admission of guilt , and at the time it seemed funny. However the power went out here last night after I posted the pics.

I'm also surprised that the "editing" I did wasn't notated at the bottom, I thought when you edit a post it showed very clearly who was doing the editing, I wasn't intending on doing it quite that secretively.

And Collins though I'm searching for the "action" pics I'm comin up short here. I swear Collins I'm not takin sides, I was actually going in like a rodeo clown to take the heat off a rider who was gettin gored.

Also if you "don't have a dog in this race" how come you didn't edit one of barry's too? Wouldn't that have been more impartial? I'm sure barry would have enjoyed that; especially if you'd made out he was actually apologising for hiding behind his moderator "status".

Anyway no harm done. It's only an internet board and no one takes any of this too seriously. There are no real experts on here just a bunch of lads with too much time on their hands.

One interesting thing did come out of that - pictures of Saad do seem pretty rare though.

If I went to the correct site, there are some excellent ones (and many other philly fighters too) but a little too small for my purposes.

What I honestly hoped to achieve was a laugh from both of you possibly and maybe some peace. I was planning on being on line and taking some direct and immediate heat as well. This feud seems to have deep roots so no one should probably meddle in it. I won't again. The pics were meant as sort of a balance and peace offering to my "over the top" editing.

Like I said, if you'd edited one of dear old barry's posts too then it would have been much funnier.

Peace will come when barry stops hiding behind his moderator "status" and when he picks a fight he then fights fair. At the moment he's up to his old tricks of deleting posts and issuing threats to bolster up his low self-esteem.

I just asked for some photos. He came in causing trouble. And now HE wants to take the high moral ground.

I love the guy though. He makes us all look great in comparison.

Barry sent these to me for posting, proof positive that the guy aint all bad.

Whatever Collins! Funny, I don't recall where it has been me that every couple of weeks starts in on you. In fact, I ignore you completely until you feel that you have what it takes to make another run at me and then I respond back to you, except in this thread, which I entered purposely because I was making this your one thread to whine about me in…it was needed so that you would not continue to disrupt other peoples boxing threads.. No every couple of weeks, or so you start up your usual, boring rant about me, most of the time you jump in when I am debating with someone else. I guess you think you can get an edge by having help, but as usual to no avail, which it then goes back to the same old story from you whining about me moderating.

A few days ago you thought you were being cute by saying that it was funny that I turned in my moderator badge, but then, you sadly realized that you spoke up a bit too soon...as you usually do, so now you are back to the old, predictable and very boring whining about me moderating.

If people like you would stick to boxing talk and stop with all the bitchy fits, then I would not have to moderate anything, but until you can grow up a little, I have to keep you in check so that you do not enter and ruin anyone else's on-topic posts with your little grudge against me, which no one cares about anyway except you and maybe two, or three of your buddies...looks as though you would have figured out by now that no one cares!

One thing though that I will not allow is for you, or anyone else to try to turn this forum into an insult and ranting zone like so many other forums suffer from. This forum has always been very good with little unruly behavior. I and no one else ever really had to moderate as everyone was pretty much just interested in talking and debating boxing, that is until you, and a couple of other like you showed up and, then moderating became a must and will continue to be so until you can get over your little grudge against me and stick to boxing!

The funny thing is barry, no one has a beef with me except you.

Whereas several people have PMd me to say they have felt compelled to complain to Shep about your actions, particularly the threats.

What it boils down to barry, is that you like to get into an arguement then when you are made to look inadequate you resort to deleting posts and issuing threats.

Shep told me last time you threatened to have me banned that I done NOTHING to even consider being banned for.

So, stop trying to take the moral high ground and act like a man not a sad lonely shut-in with no life other than a pile of musty old Ring magazines.

Also you never offered me a "truce" whatever that means. I do recall you offered Decagon one................ and then broke it. Barry, doesn't a truce mean there was fault on both sides? Surely you aren't admitting you were in the wrong?

One thing I do remember is you deleting 'negative' posts from the "Please tell me you love me" thread. That was rather bizarre bahaviour. Hell, even the ones you left on were hardly a glowing testimony to you. And a few weeks later you announced you were going back to school (how old are you?) and were turning in your badge. General consensus at the time as I recall was that Shep had hauled you over the coals and you were tired and emotional. It seems then you changed your mind after getting put right about a few things. Felt you couldn't compete on an even playing field. I can understand that, bazza.

When did I say anything about you being banned, I may have said something two, or three months ago, but nothing recently...I just said that if you did not straighten up and stop taking your rant to other threads, like you were doing, then I would delete all your posts and you would have no voice, but do you really think that I would waste my time deleting all of your threads? bazza, I find it inconceivable that you could have anything better to do than deleting posts that show you in a bad light. Everything you have said and done on here since I first noticed you a few months ago has been to try and create an image of a knowledgable boxing guy. Of course, you have failed miserably.

It is not a case of reading it slowly it is what happened after the request for the photo's which I refer to. I did feel that was quite clear. However that is the specific aspect I found annoying to see. the only positive aspect is the photos were supplied.

This idea that John Shep is sitting around with no interest in what is going on is remarkable. barry is depicted as some sort of Darth Vader of the forum and the good guys - Jedi Knights to continue the analogy- are on his case. Notions of John seeking to control - via secret pm's - Darth to no avail etc etc make me laugh to be honest.

the fact is you do not like each other and this may come as something of a surprise but we all are aware of it. so try and stop .

and before someone asks I am not taking sides etc I have made it quite clear that all the people are at fault and playing some sort of blame game is the sort of thing my kids do and had my fair share of being in the middle thanks al the same.
