Floyd will not be a true champ at 147 if he beats the Judah, that IBF belt is not worth a toss after Judah lost to Baldomir. I'm sure if he has to fight Gatti again he'd be happy to take the millions on offer for what is a piss easy fight.

Because Floyd beat Gatti at 140, if Gatti then beats the true champion at 147 he is the man until he gets beaten. Floyd is fighting a guy who lost his last fight for fucks sake!

Can't believe i missed Vargas-Mosley Looking forward to Hosegawa-Sahaprom this friday though. Hopefully they will show Edwin Valero as well.

Over the last 2 years I've only had problems with one fight on streamtv, which was for Rahman v Toney. The buffering lasted for 5 rounds in that fight, purely due to the bitrate, but this problem was fixed for the remainder of the fight. In my experience this was a one off.

I've watched well over 50 fights on streamtv and that was the only one that buffered for me

Maybe your firewall is interfering with your stream? Or maybe your isp? Or maybe your net speed? Or maybe your antivirus software? etc etc .......

I also wrote to SKY and asked them to televise Toney Rahman fight and got a reply from them ;-

this is bulls**t as we all know. I dont think any of our emails get past their first line of defense,they just seem to bin them.BSKYB has millions of subscribers,will it really matter to them if a handful of boxing fans threaten to cancel their subscription?Our only hope for proper action is to get people in the trade who come/post on here (ie, commentators,writers,mc's etc) to address this issue directly with SKY on our behalf.

On our dedicated sports channels, we endeavour to screen as diverse a range of sport as possible in order to accommodate all viewers' tastes and interests, although we do appreciate that this may not always be possible. The emphasis of Sky Sports is on live and exclusive coverage of major events, which is often acclaimed. We also make a concerted effort to cover a wide range of minority events.

We do appreciate that boxing is a very popular sport. Unfortunately, at the present time, I am unable to confirm our future plans with regard to extending our coverage of this sport. However, it may be that in the future we will be able to provide more coverage.

Lee Haskins v Zolile Mbityi for the Commonwealth Flyweight Title, Simone Maludrottu v Damaen and Kelly for the European Bantanweight Title are two of the events scheduled for broadcast in April on Sky.

Not looking that rosy. However they have been known to pick up the rights to a fight in the days leading up to it - I guess they can get it a knockdown price then if nobody else in the UK has picked up the rights for it.

Sky would be mad not to pick this one up, with a Hatton v Mayweather PPV looming they need to get as much Mayweather exposure to the casual fan as possible.

In Sky's response they said they have noted my interest for this event, if enough of us request this fight they might do it,

Common everyone do a quick e-mail to sky telling them they must show this fight live!

sky have 4 dedicated sports channels!!

Now Judah is a massive underdog with the bookies and odds against, a lot of money can be made if he wins!

?They might, but they would be talking out of their arses. If the fight was competitive then they'd have a point, but as Mayweather used him as a punch bag, it's a silly point of contention.

Will Sky be televising Floyd Mayweather v Zab Judah on April 8th? I am really interested in seeing this bout.

With a Ricky Hatton v Mayweather pay per view looming surely it makes sense to broadcast this fight to maximise PPV numbers later?

My second letter -

Why doesn't SKY buy the rights to screen this fight. SKY haven't shown a big fight live for a long while?

SKY should be able to buy the UK rights because no one else is showing it. What I don't understand, and please explain is that in some years SKY show all the big fights live but then this year all the big fights have been missed. SKY should be consistent, either show all the big fights live or nothing at all !

This is probably the biggest fight this year along with Castillo Vs Corrales III and Pacquio Vs Morales III (If it happens).

SKY should leave the fights from Japan and so what if SKY miss out a few Friday slots at least the cream of the crop, the main prize-fights , the big fights are shown live then boxing fans will be happy. Even if SKY don't show fights every week but only show the big fights....

If SKY want the British public to buy the next Hatton fight which is at the same weight then surely they should screen this one, merely as an advertising tool for the inevitable Hatton Vs Mayweather fight, which probably will be massive PPV. (You always showed Barrera fights before Hamed fought him and the interest in that fight was massive, nearly the whole of the UK watched it).

With allegedly leaving SKY and moving to ITV, I thought SKY would have a lot of extra money and would pick and choose the big fights, but what I have seen so far is less big fights and more concentration on better domestic fights, which is good but SKY cannot miss out on the major fights from the capital of boxing; USA.

Both Zab Zudah and Floyd Mayweather are well known worldwide, have been shown on SKY (LIVE) a good few times and I bet you my life that other countries in Europe are showing it live. Undercard is brilliant as well. How can SKY SPORTS not show these major fights. SKY is the only chance the British fans can see these fights. Do it on Box Office !

All the major wrestling events are shown, be it some on box office. Why not boxing events ? The major fights are the major fights. Its all good saying that SKY will only show British, commonwealth and European fights along with some overseas fights but in boxing there are pound for pound great fighters, undisputed world champions who draw massive audiences worldwide and British fans should have the right to watch these like the rest of the world.

All the fights on this card involve exciting, talented fighters, some pound for pound the best fighters in the world. It is a MUST SEE for boxing fans. I just can't believe SKY are not screening this one.

The reason why I complain is that I remember over the last couple of years all the major fights have been shown on SKY either live or a days delay, but this year has been really disappointing, no big fights at all apart from Morales Vs Pacquio (days delay) and Mosley Vs Vargas (3 weeks delay). Which makes British boxing fans really sad to live in the UK.

I have to say the recent Calzaghe Vs Lacy fight on ITV was done very well and hope that they show the big, major fights again.

I will definitely be cancelling my SKY subscription if SKY don't screen this great prize-fight.

We should find a place where we can all DOWNLOAD the fight without KNOWING THE RESULT. perhaps a website?

You can download a torrent of the fight on there yes. You'll need a torrent client on your PC, just download and install Azureus if you dont already have one. Search for it on google. Then find the fight on worldboxingvideoarchive and download the torrent from there. Sometimes they can be on there within a few hours of the fight finishing.

Why don't everyone e-mail SKY and make them understand their getting the boxing all wrong and the interest in these big fights is massive.
