It's true that anyone with power would have a chance against Patterson. But how much power did Folley really have? He scored Ko's in less than half his fights. Almost all the ones that he did have were against inferior opponents. Probably his most impressive KO was against Henry Cooper (who previously decisioned Folley).

Patterson might ko him, if not he still would be able to win a pretty decisive decison. Patterson would win this 9 times out of 10.
