When Brenner was working for Bravo last year at Brentwood on the Nathan King-Malik Dziarra fight, he was certain the 23-1 Dziarra, based in Germany, was dominating Welshman King. It was the show-opener and the crowd were hushed, so Brenner could be heard throughout the hall and in the ring.
"I kept hearing him banging on about the fact that I needed a knockout and I'd never stopped anybody," said King, afterwards.
Yes, referee Seamus Dunne gave it to the Welshman at the end.
King, by the way, fights old rival Tony Oakey at York Hall this Saturday.
