joe frazier played with count bassey and duke ellington from time to time as well.
he was threatening to quit boxing for a career with his band at one point i think.

When i first saw Tokungo , I thought he looked the business, scored some explosive Ko's, then he ran into Mendoza , got caught by the big puncher and i think he broke his ankle or something when being knocked down. Tokungo never really looked the same after, think he might have lost some of his desire after that.
Guess he makes a good living out of being a musician.
