Tons of physical evidence + Washington being believable + Mike Tyson not being believable = Guilty.
According to material Ive read there was no physical evidence on Givens body, there was also a report that Givens left the hotel room holding hands with Tyson and laughing after the whole incident took place.
If you watch 'Fallen Champ' video Kevin Rooney even explains that Don King even assigns his TAX ATTOURNEY to defend Tyson who knew absolutley nothing about criminal justice. There is no wonder why Tyson was found guilty, this this whole case was just a bad joke.
It was Desiree Washington he supposedly raped not that gold digger Robbin Givens who he foolishly married. I think he just gave Desiree a good screwing, then afterwards she got a case of the guilts..........and Tyson had to pay for it.

Hagler proved himself as a fighter and as a decent human being - Ayala didn't prove shit in the ring but definitely proved what a miserable human being he is outside of one.

Tony Ayala was a very promising, gifted, heavy punching boxer/puncher. But he was a boy, particularly in his head.
Hagler would have murdered him. Picture Hagler - Mugabi, but Ayala would not have survived the sixth like Mugabi did.
Why would there be any physical evidence on Robin Givens' body? Was she in the hotel room while Tyson raped Desiree Washington?
I meant Washington, not Givens.
But Washington was seen laughing while exiting the hotel room after the 'Incident' holding hands with Tyson, Washington also apparently performed a sex act on Tyson in the lift on the way to the hotel room!
Another thing I heard was when Washington was in the bathroom there was a back door leading out of the hotel-room if Washington was in a state of danger why on earth didnt she run away? Why didnt she call for help on the phone which was located in the bathroom? Why didnt she scream for help?
This whole 'Case' was a disgusting joke to put it quite bruntly.
