viciousmaussa..What you on about ?
Power is fighting both Napa and Munyai...so how is he ducking Munyai ?
Napa wanted to fight Munyai aswell but was givent the chance to fight for the british which is the better title.
Haskins moved up from flyweight to fight Munyai...So he didnt duck Munyai either.
So tell me who you think is ducking Munyai.....

Excellent matchup. Kelly's very experienced, would give Munyai more to think about than Haskins.
Also, Damaen doesn't like big guys with wicked body attacks, i.e. Pacheco

I have heard on 2 occasions that Napa is fighting Munyai and that Power is going for Munyai II. So I was just a bit baffled when I hear they're fighting each other.
Of course Haskins didn't duck Munyai. He thought he might be overrated and learned he was wrong.

Nicky Cook can either gun for Asiku's Commonwealth title or shoot for that fake WBU vs someone. Wonder which route he goes. I will laugh if he goes for the WBU, because before a big fuss was made that he went the traditional route for real belts.
Cook has already won the Commonwealth title, so he has gone the traditional route.
viciousmaussa wrote:That Rutherford's handlers made a big fuss at being given a shot at the Commonwealth title. Now jackson's off the show. & Rutherford is fighting Choi ?? for a WWE title, on the same card.
Shocking.
I thought it was Asiku's team who pulled out as they thought they could get a fight with Nicky Cook if Harrison couldn't fight him.
viciousmaussa wrote:Now Napa fights Power instead of Munyai. And Power fight Napa instead of Munyai
That is just what the BBBoC has mandated. It is a bit early to suggest everyone is ducking Munyai.
viciousmaussa wrote:If Warren got hold of these guys, there would be way better shows than Earl-Ramirez // mitchell-Ashie and Hobson-Polakovic
There are way better shows already.
But Horse, Cook-Asiku would be an awesome matchup & no one cares about the WBU.
Cook vs some Euro or Argue who'll give him the runaround & make him look bad.
There have been better shows as you say, but the WBU shows have been nothing to write home about. Nothing more than showcases, to get X and Y ready maybe for world class.
In BN, Rutherford's people were complaining that the fight was made without them knowing about it.

Maloney's signed MUNYAI.
Frank has "successfully lobbied for Munyai, Jamie Moore and Ajose Olusegun to be rated in the WBC top 15," according to today's BN.

Derry Matthews is the WBU champion so he would be fighting him, but I agree that Asiku would make for a better fight.

I thought the Earl fight was pretty good, although lacking in significance. The Hobson WBU fight was abysmal though.

I thought it was the other way around. Maybe neither wanted it.
