Zab looked like a pissed guy trying to hail a taxi when he got back up and mumbled to Nady.
And all that time I thought it was because he had a stone in his shoe. :TU:

Fights that made me laugh;
Mayorga/Forrest 1. Forret supposed to be the next big thng gets mugged by Nicaraguan streetbrawler.
Hopkins/Tarver. Loved seeing Tarver's will evaporate at the end of every round.
Calzaghe/Mitchell for about six seconds when Calzaghe got put down.

I did laugh when Corrie Sanders KO'd Wladimir Klitchsko.

Ryan Rhodes vs Ojay Abrahams was also funny. Brendan being chopsy, Abrahams attempts to kick Ingle, while fighting.

Andrew Davies vs Johnny Nelson cracked me up also "is he putting his blood/snot on Nelson's shoulder when holding?" "Yes, he is".

Sounds like I really don't like the Sheffield base boxers, but Hamed's loss to Barrera and Rhodes vs Jason Matthews I watch regularly for pure comedy value.

I don't mind Ryan actually, but I didn't like the idea that the fight was for the title. Ryan didn't deserve the shot, and certainly not Jason. Ryan was given a tough ask vs Grant, but this was supposed to be his coronation night.... and I didn't like that, if it was an IBO/WBU style title then okay, but the vacant WBO title.... and it was all hyped that the win was a forgone conclusion.... ooops.

Oh yeah and round 10 of Williams vs Harrison.

Brummie Paul Wesley making US 'Golden Boy' Omar Sheika look a fool made me laugh.

Anytime I watch a flabby Tony Booth give a toned prospect all he can handle and more; that always raises a smile.

Tzsyu vs. Judah.
What a prick. Even though Judah's dance robbed us of a great fight (he probably would have made the count had he stayed down longer)

Among the classics I'm tempted to write SRL Duran II -- but then this left me more in awe than laughing.

Derrick Gainer v Freddie Norwood in a featherweight title fight from about 1999. If you haven't seen it it's hilarious. In an ugly fight with low blows a-plenty, hopless ref Paul Sita decides to make up his own rules and issue "20-counts", totally baffling the commentators, fighters, and audience.

Harold "I godda tell ya" Ledderman finally comes up with an explanation at the end of the fight: Sita basically didn't know what the fcuk he was doing.

The sight of allegedly leaping out of his seat in celebration at Harrison being decked, and throwing a huge uppercut, like Ryu's Dragon punch from streetfighter, gave me the biggest laugh of the evening.

Best punch of the night.
