Tatevosyan seems to know his level, nearly everytime he's stepped up to around top level he's lost, except the KO of Markussen.
In his fight with Bute, he was willing to give away alot of the rounds once he had tasted Bute's power, but still tried to give it a go in the later rounds.
I was at the BELL CENTRE in Montreal when my boy Lucian Bute squared off with Sergey and Lucian made him look like a human punching bag. However u got to give Tatevosyan some credit...he's got a chin. Bute had him wobbling during the entire fight, he still managed to show up in the last round and deliver his best shots of the fight even though he was bruised like I've rarely seen it. Tatevosyan's style is frustrating because he's constantly running away from his opponent's which makes the fight frustrating for his opponent and the boxing fans. Don't expect a K-O as he's never been stopped and never went down, this fight will go to the limit and if Froch's not taking him seriously, we may very well see a remade of the Markussen-Tatevosyan match-up. My prediction, Froch UD or SD. Then bring him to Lucian Bute for an eliminator and find out what he is made off. I don't personnaly like Carl Froch because he is mouthy and as virtually no defence but, it's the match-up I would be stoked to see and find out who the best prospect at SMW is...
