It was Rob Galloway. He made a belt out of an old hubcap and a strip of vinyl and drew Mickey Mouse's face on the hubcap with a permanent marker. He called it the Dizneyworld Boxing Championship (deliberate misspelling) and appointed himself champion and president. In his next fight, Kent Davis outpointed him, but he (as the DBC) decided the decision was unfair so reinstated himself as champ.
