I never tire of watching Aussie big mouth Mundane get KO'ed by the king of non-punchers Sven Ottke...Suppose I wouldnt mind seeing him take another sleep, mid-ring.

Actually it is Floyd who seems more adamant on retirement than Oscar. Yes, we all assume that at just turned 30 and still fresh Floyd will be more inclined on returning as he possibily has one or two of his best performances ahead. However, he seemed pretty emotional when he announced that this would be his last fight and he hasn't claimed he has changed his mind. It did look like he's done a lot of thinking about it... and his situation with Floyd Snr/Roger cannot help him. Perhaps he does just want to be a son again and not in the middle of this conflict.
Oscar for his Hollywood looks, charm, business ventures and seeming intelligence is a fighter.... from a fighting family and like Floyd has done it since a boy. I never thought I'd see him return after Hopkins.... he looked soft for months after - but he did comeback which suggests that maybe he will struggle to get rid of the fire in the belly. Maybe with his new trainer and a good performance he might want a few more. Perhaps all the interest outside of the actual fighting will still not be enough for him to finally quit. Most people thought Roy Jones was smart enough to know when to quit, similarly with Ray Leonard. Also, Hopkins' return also took a few by surprise. This fight might not necessarily be his last... indeed he's been a bit more vague about than Mayweather.
Oscar has already said he plans to fight on hasn't he. Floyd seems sure on retirement. Again recently he was quoted saying Oscar will be his last opponent before moving on to promoting to compete with GBP. Could be just another ploy to further sell the fight, I think money will keep Floyd from retiring.
I remember after Winky-Quartey, when the big 4 from GBP (Oscar, Hopkins, Winky, Mosley) were in the ring, Winky said he wants to fight his "co-promoter" winner of Oscar-Mayweather. They all laughed and it turned out to be Hopkins but I reckon Winky will lose and maybe fight Oscar down the line.
After watching these 24/7 shows I'm starting to get psyched up for this superfight.

I am the solitary WK vote, I want to see him get KTFO, I would love to see him get absolutely bounced all over the ring just to shut all his fans up, he is a ATJoke, not an ATG....
2nd Place to Mayweather definitly, he deserves a good hiding anyway, I hope DLH gives it to him.
3rd is Amir Khan, not because I dislike him, but because long term it WILL make him a better fighter/boxer/champion, to know what its like to REALLY hit the canvas

Yes. Mr. "I stand for whatever you want me to stand for, unless you change your mind, in which case I will too" Cameron is in desperate need of some canvas time. It's got to be asked where exactly the Tories get their leaders from too. Yep, with you completely on your intense dislike of Carl (Mr Arrogance) froch - Found your political view of the tory leaders very amusing too - Wouldnt mind betting Margaret is a Froch fan, she along with Ted Heath were the two most arrogant Tory PMs we have ever had to suffer - I liked John Major, though not as a PM but as a great authority on cricket.

To be honest I don't really have that 'hate' in me for any boxer that I actually want to see them laying flat out on the canvas unconcious.
Probably have my favourites where I would root for fighter A over fighter B but I don't really set out thinking who I would like to see knocked out next.
On a broader scale as some of you have expanded to, I would plump for Jose Mourinhio. The bloke is a first class prick.
Would be even better if it was Martin Jol who flattened him although I'd settle for anyone really.

Not really hypocritical, I'm just saying I don't dislike any boxers intently enough. I'm not into the sport for that, some obviously are, like the author of the thread for example.
I would have probably gone along the lines of 'who do you want to see beaten in 2007?' although some may say this sounds a little gay.
I'm not into football for that reason either, I was clearly joking about seeing Mourinhio get knocked senseless but some kind of total humiliation would do me, a good slap or someone shagging his wife and putting the video on youtube.

id rather get the smack in the mouth than the global humiliation.
i werent having a go mate, just saying that if you can see someone getting sparked out then you can see anyone getting done.

I do recall I used to hate ferguson with a passion, that was before Man U seemed to be falling off their pedastal. Now Fergie has gone up in my estmation with his continuing ability to rebuild and rebuild his team again and again.
Jose has only been managing chelsea a few years, and has been consistently a complete twat, I'm so glad it looks like Chelsea have fukked themselves in the title race now. Nice to see that you cannot simply buy your way to the top with a billionnaires illegally acquired money.
