Seem to have all the right names but some of the placings seem a little out to me.
Oscar and Floyd are top fighters but I wouldn't have them above Hearns, Ross, Sanchez, Spinks, Walker, Griffith or Napoles.
You seem to be a little harsh on Charles and Moore too.

I also am not a big fan of ranking HWs in a p4p sense because they have been so highly regarded over time I feel a p4p list should celebrate the fighters that might fall under the radar in other weight classes. Also, moving up and down in weight and winning is a big part of the word p4p. My list does however include several full time HWs.
