Tszyu was finished. That decision was nothing but timing.

And Castillo is bang on top of his game isn't he?

Matching fighters with fighters ayt the right time is all part of shrewd management. Napoles and Curry to name just two of the so-called legendary wins.

Duff, like Warren picked them at the right time. Hobson had a ready made Hatton and Clinton only fights manadatories. Witter, the hard work was done and he had, if you remember fought for the IBF title and failed miserably before against the 'Man' of the division, Zab Judah, and not a has been like Corley who Hatton refused to fight for a WBO title som years earlier incidentally. HAtton was more than happy hand picking HIS OWN opponents and cashing in accordingly. To quote his own father "Why put Ricky in a real fight, these people would pay to see him fight Mickey Mouse at the MEN?" his quote not mine.

Nice quote. It does suggest that the Hattons are a bunch of cynical buggers and hardly the lovely chirpy chappie salt of the earth types.

Yeah but what boxingchat is failing to mention is Warrens response, which was something along the lines - 'Yeah but Mickey wont let me take options, so the fight's a non starter'
