Because many deny thay have a bank account. This is due to them being in heavy debt having spent all their money on Baseball caps, mobile phones, shell suits, fast food, dope & beer etc. So if they are sent a Giro they can cash it at the Post Office and get the cash straight into their hands.Twisted Transistor wrote:Why don't they get a bank account Instead of getting a Giro?
