I can't help but wonder why they are going to tne Hallam FM Arena when the last encounter, hardly a classic, didn't even fill the smallest venue in Sheffield. They couldn't even sell the Hallam Arena with Ricky Hatton.

with regards to your first point why would it cost more in expenses for Team Woods? it is the job of the purse winning promoter to cover expenses including flights. I thought you were on the ball and your knowledge was very good maybe I have this wrong.

Warriors went with the argument that Hobson and Lurch mounted the ring apron during a round which under IBF rules is an instant disqualification. They had the hearing and lost it. Strictly speaking, the ref cocked up and should have disqualified Woods for his corners actions.

So Warriers did have and legitimate argument, although that did not come for SN did it? Me, I though Woods nicked it after digging in late on. Either way, hardly an earth-shattering performance that will see 10k turn up to watch him, once, again, go over old ground.

He treads water so much he should have webbed feet. IMO he's seriously missing the boat and will end up being a former World Champion with no riches to show for it.

It happens in a lot more fights that just Woods-Johnson 3. Maybe not IBF sanctioned fights, and I haven't got a list, but you definitely see ppl messing about on the ring apron. Hardly an isolated incident but definitely, they did jeopardize a huge performance by Clinton.

I felt it was a superb performance by Woods. Bad elbow, his dad in hospital, looking miserable - and he edged a great fight that the crowd responded well to. That's why it's tragic Woods-Calzaghe never happened.

But behind the scenes it was all about making Cazlaghe-Johnson. In fact, it was never a secret.

Woods could, probably should have cashed in with a Calzaghe fight. But I just think rival camps don't want to work with SN.

The IBF rankings are shite. But let's face it if Joe had gone up and beaten Woods, he'd be in an endless cycle of Gonzalez and Glen fights. Some would see that as a positive because when his career had hit rock bottom he couldn't/wouldn't fight Johnson.

Woods won the last Johnson fight fairly. You are really scrapping the barrel trying to get a fighter stripped of his title for something his corner have got up to. I know you can come out with rules here and there but it is very sad after the fists have done the talking a technicality has to be brought into things to score some form of points.

With regards to Woods and his career, again you are a little inaccurate. Regardless of the fumblings of the IBF and their boring routine of allowing Johnson and Gonzalez countless number of shots at the title, it is because of Wood's injuries which have held him back in the last 18 months. The arm injury was a lot worse than thought and the subsequent healing of the injury has taken far longer.

In the time it has taken for the injury to heal even if Woods had been forced by the IBF to defend against Johnson or Gonzalez or even both, we would now be looking at a top level opponent.

Once Woods has his mandatories out of the way he can then fight whoever in a voluntary naturally if the IBF and WBC sanction the fight which I am positive they will.

Dawson's got his hands full with Diaconu and then may spend the rest of his life chasing Antoni Tarver
