Cook v Arthur at SF would be worth a watch but I reckon AAA would stop him in the mid rounds.

Harrison would have mauled him if they met imo.

I think Cook has found his level. Good at British/Commonwealth standard and extremely capable at European which was weak when he reigned. But heart and fitness could not carry him into world class; i expect a few good domestic machups could be made involving Cook if he moved up to Super Featherweight.
