I've actually just returned home from delivering a workshop to sports coaches on techniques for managing difficult behaviour. It included a practical session where we had coaches coaching with some of the participants being given a 'naughty' behaviour to act out.
One was for the participant to swear in front of the coach, and a young female dance coach acted it out. She really went to town and told her friend, very loudly, that the coach 'is an ar$ehole' and then refused to put on her bib because it 'stunk of sh1t'. It was classic - the coach looked shellshocked![[icon_e_biggrin.gif] :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)
