you lot need to calm down a bit i was only joking about chinning him in sparring but your all talking as if he,s gonna be british champion i mean he,s not even ranked at the moment fair play he beat julius francis but diddn,t everyone at that time and he beat wayne Llewelyn who let the croud get to him that night but he only beat tony booth by 1 point drew against paul king and lost to micky steeds who only had 8 fights at the time also you say he never got dropped in sparring well i would hope not sparring is about learning/practising new moves not punching the granny out of each other THE EASY PART OF BOXING IS THE FIGHTING the hard bit is getting in to shape so please calm down and roll with the punches

I don't think anyone was insinuating that Colin is going to be the British Champion, nobody said that, nobody even talked about Colin and his skills. What we were amazed at was the 'I chinned him in sparring' crap you came out with that you couldn't back up. The only people I know that have decked him are Pele Reid, Sprott and Platov who had him out on his feet.
How did Wayne Llewelyn let the crowd get to him? From where I was sat Wayne at an equal amount of support to Colin's and I hardly think the way he got blasted out was letting the crowd get to him, more Colin was for once focused, in shape and up for it.
Is it just me that's really looking forward to this fight? We all must know that Greenberg isn't the next billion dollar heaveyweight so this is a logical matchup as the British Title scene seems to be the same people fighting for the title over and over again. I would have thought that if McDermott can get a title shot and then an eliminator against Gammer then surely Kenna deserves his shot.
I'm just looking forward to two heavyweights squaring off that haven't thought each other 3 or 4 times previous.

Colin needs to get himself in good shape, Greenburg will start the big favourite, but Colin can present him with some problems, maybe take Greenburg out of his comfort zone.
Roman likes to fight at his own pace, would like to see someone pressure him into moving up a gear.

Mine's fighting Mercer. Hope she wins as she needs one last pay day before she retires to do commentary on HBO.

I think if you read the posts that Billy was referring to sparring and I was referring to actual times he's been put down.
