I'm sure though not many would be overly concerned if McBride and 'FR' Audley retired..! And never fight one another...
Danny Wofford has faced better names than both of them; does that mean he's the better fighter?boxrec wrote:I agree to a certain extent, that at least Mcbride has faced bigger names than audley. Even if its faded versions of fighters like tyson and golota. Auds biggest name fight is either danny williams or dominic guinn.....
Possibly Audley would have been intimidated by Tyson's reputation and/or the scale of the fight, but if he survived a round or two, he would have beaten him no problem. I think any heavyweight above journeyman level would have beaten Tyson that night. Maybe even some journeymen. Tyson was that bad.silkov wrote:Well the fact is that Mcbride has had the courage to step in the ring with fighters that Audely wouldnt touch with a bargepole.... I mean would Audely have beaten the Tyson that Mcbride beat???.... I doubt it very much...
I still find that hard to believe, after all we're talking about a guy who was poleaxed by one punch from Sprott.... I'd fancy my chances with him if I could reach his chin.....oliverfennell wrote:Possibly Audley would have been intimidated by Tyson's reputation and/or the scale of the fight, but if he survived a round or two, he would have beaten him no problem. Although I clearly rate Audley higher than you, my point here is not somuch about him, but about how bad Tyson was that night. He had NOTHING - not even a fast start.silkov wrote:I still find that hard to believe, after all we're talking about a guy who was poleaxed by one punch from Sprott....
