If it did happen, the constant pressure from Skelton would make it different from the Williams fight as it would force Audley to box. He couldnt just stand back or run away for 12 rounds and theres no doubting hes a superior boxer to Skelton. It would be a stupid fight for Skelton to take any time soon as he'd have absolutely nothing to gain from it.

Yes, perhaps the referee should have lifted him up and plonked him in the corner with a broomstick up his arse so that Sprott could continue whaling on him.
Harrison looked like he'd been laid out on a slab, perhaps he was playing 'canvas-a-dope' in the hope that Sprott believed him to be unconconscious, knelt down to see he was ok, wherupon he would suddenly spring into action and begin the fightback, much like Audley's imitator, Muhammad Ali.

You seriously think Harrison could deal with Skelton's constant pressure? I seriously doubt it. What has Harrison shown in his career to suggest he could fight 3 minutes of every round against a strong pressure fighter like Skelton? I know I'm in the minority with this one, but I honestly feel Audley would stand Skelton on his head. Audley lost to Sprott because he was complacent. He wasn't scared of Sprott, and he doesn't "feel the fear", he gets all lethargic, like he did against Francis, Davis and many others. But when he's been in a fight there was a genuine possibility he might lose (prime example Williams 2), he responded accordingly. He seemed not to have that "edge" against Sprott, who on paper was inferior to Williams, who Audley had just trounced. Consider also Audley-Danny 1. It was a terrible fight, but it was AFTER Audley had been knocked down that he did his best work. It was like a wake-up call, and he came within a whisker of stopping his man in the very next round. Williams was just as much to blame for the quality of that fight, as he did little more than trudge around after Audley, not throwing punches. Skelton will indeed bring pressure, which will force the best out of Audley. Audley returned fire against Williams when he was FORCED TO. Williams hadn't forced him to until the knockdown. Skelton will do it from the start.
However, as for Skelton, he looked terrible in his last fight, despite winning. I watched it live and thought, on that night, Audley would have embarassed either of them.

I just can't see how he'd beat Skelton. He doesn't have the gas tank.
