Yous are just shitting it because your coming (adopts foreboding HBO voice) too one of Manchester's most notorious ghettos. You are going to be watching the fight in the triangle of death.
I trust that you will be braving those mean streets to get the chips and scraps in

Slapsie - I was up in Islay last summer...somewhere in Port Ellen must have Sky. Can't think of anywhere on the other side mind, unless there's a hotel with a screen or Sky though.

I have just moved out to Singapore and am getting increasingly concerned that I cant see the fight on any listings. Anyone in this part of the world have any info on what channels will be showing the fight?
Cheers!

I'm going to the Khan/Earl fight, then having a few lads back to mine for a takeout, a game of poker, & finally the big one.
C'mon Hatton!

Ah, thank you.
Mods, please delete my post.
Also, in the spirit of things, I find it offensive that other people talk about their alcoholic escapades.
May I request that they are also deleted?

Either I've led a sheltered life or there is alot of exaggeration goes on around here and here's me thinking you all told the truth about everything.
By the way, when does Spud leave for Vegas?

I don't do drugs anymore.
Any more than your average touring funk band.
Sorry. RIP, Bill.
Anyway, I really meant what I said, RE: deleting my post, & I'll even (grudgingly) apologise to Mr MancRed.
The British Forum is the only bastion of non-troll-infectedness (did I just type that?) left on Boxrec; I do not wish to be seen as exacerbating anything, so as I've said, mods please delete my post & I shall stick exclusively to boxing stuff from now on.
& again, sorry if I upset anyone; hard to believe but honestly I really have better things to do than wind people up.

Well, it turns out I've got an evening of Christmas Dinner, followed by poker, followed by the Hatton fight, at my mates house, fan-bloody-tastic.

I thought about it, but was planning on going to Brazil, which as it turns out, I'm probably not now.
It's fekking expensive with tickets and all that just for one weekend in Vegas, and in some ways, more fun to watch with a bunch of mates, only in some ways mind.
I'll be there in spirit old son.

I'll have a whisky sour and a pizza at the arena in your honour!

It’s my fiancee’s 30th Birthday the same night. I’ll miss the fight – no way out of it…
My only option is to dump her and cancel the wedding.
It’s in the balance

You have to dump her mate, it's a no-brainer.
Either that or resent her for the rest of your days and remind her how she ruined one the best fights of the century for you

Easy. Just do the necessary, and then get up at 3am.
