Tubbs did have a pretty damned fast jab, his body was always deceiving.

Holyfield had a good quick jab and doubled it up well, and always seemed to hook from the jab well but he never seemed to throw the jab enough. There were times when Holyfield would left hook instead of jab or even throw right leads to clinch or left hook off. Not all the time off course not on occasions when his good jab would have been enough to see him through a hard fight.

I have only seen Larry Donald versus Bowe and Holyfield, what I noticed about his jab is that it was often a flick, he never had any real authority when it.

Of recent times Lennox Lewis had the best jab by far, never saw Holmes just before my time.

Well saw him against Tyson but that was a Holmes way past his best.

Among the heavyweights, Larry Holmes and Pinklon Thomas
had the best jabs in terms of speed and power that I have
ever seen.
