If Ricky wins on Saturday, then you watch how they call out Miguel Cotto. Cotto v Hatton is a natural. Two undefeated fighters, both at the top of their game and immensely popular, AND they both have exciting fighting styles as well. As someone pointed out earlier, DLH has lost 3 out of his last 5 whereas Cotto is unbeaten. Much the bigger seller, either at MSG or Wembley Stadium.

If he wins huge if, he will fight DLH cos he will see it as an easier fight and then maybe think about another big test state side against Cotto. Thats my guess. This fight PPV wise would make good sence, two exciting styles and for americans buying it being in the UK in front of 80,000 people will add glamor to the proceedings

If Hatton wins you can expect a retirement payday against DLH and retirement.
Hes not gonna get into fights with guys like Cotto. And what exactly does Witter bring to the table?
Witter kayos Vivian Harris in 7? Didnt Carlos Maussa already do that anyway and Ricky chinned him.
Get over Witter.

Sadly I think your right Hatton will never give Witter the shot I think he has urned because the risk to reward ratio is too great.

In 'Hatton-PBF 24/7' Billy Graham was saying 'Its all about making boxing history for Ricky' well we'll found out if he means it after this fight (DLH = $$$$'s, Cotto = history IMO)
Plenty of time for that discussion after Saturday though....Come on Ricky!!

There is a lot of history in DLH as well, just look at the dudes record.
I prefer to look at the stage of the career they're at, Cotto's the tougher fight and the one he'll get the most respect for from the boxing fraternity IMO

Indeed but if people are looking back at peoples carrers they list who they have beaten. So Lennox beat Evandar, McCall, Briggs, Klitchko and Tyson do we remember that Evandar was getting on (although not shot at that point) Tyson was done and McCall started crying in the middle of the performance.
