the best part of the fight was seeing the devastated anthony mundine in jones' corner after he lost. he would have been spewing that green was able to pull off the upset.

That was a deadline for Jones to retire. His next bouts were absolutely unnecessary. Could have made a retirement fight afterwards and that's it.
