Tua's knockout of Moorer is so striking for me.
Moorer was such a killer as a punching machine previously; then to see him meekly KO'd like that is so strange.

Tua and Moorer were reportedly very good friends and had sworn never to fight - this may well of had a bearing on Moorer's lathargic display. Added to that Moorer was always an emotional type of fighter who could enthrall or bore in equal measure.
He was my favourite fighter whilst a light heavy and his initial forray into the heavyweight division brought about 2 all time great scraps in his meetings with Bert Cooper and Alex Stewart.
Shame he couldnt sustain that intensity and thirst for battle - his conditioning in later years refelcted the way in which he fell out of love with the sport.

Not perhaps of the global import of one or two of the others but I don't think I've seen a punch kayo a fighter - and the favourite as well - like Michael Sprott did to Fraudley Embarrassin'! Absolute dynamite.

When Tua Boxed Moorer at the weigth in they shook hands and Moorer tried to squeze Tuas hand really hard. Tua said to him youve got strong hands . Tomorrow Im going to find out how strong your chin is.

Julian Jackson's devastating dismisal of Terry Norris shouldnt be overlooked; Norris wasnt known for having a great set of whiskers but I dont think it would have mattered, such was the weight of Jackson's dig:

Arthur Abraham vs Koren Gevor - the way is head wobbles is sickening!
Alexis Arguello vs Ray Mancini - the punch was like a sledge hammer!
Thomas Hearns vs Roberto Duran - to fell Duran like that I shudder to think how hard tha punc was!
And as for Williams, why couldn't he have shown that kind of killer instinct in some of his other fights?
