From what people have said Small sounds a decent enough guy. So why does he come out with act of brashness? Its hardly got him a big following. He's not even seen as the bad guy character , most of the people just think he makes himself look a bit stupid. Plus he's put too much pressure on himself, he's one loss away from people laughing at him. I think that doesn't help him maintain his stamina, he must lose loads of nervous energy before the first bell.

I knew Small had no title........and I thought Tak had lost his WBU thing to Jennings??

I forgot the possibility it could be anything else........yes you're right.......area title should be over 10.

I think you could be close there.......Tak's talking a good one for this, but without an early KO he's got little chance........providing Small does flap around with his chin hung out to dry which I have seen him do........albeit 18 months ago.

enjoyable fight I thought, too much to ask for Tak at this stage though. I will continue to watch SRCJJ with interest.

With the way Moore and Macklin ship punishment these days, Small could bust them to pieces. Probably would

Well that's perfectly possible, but I just get the feeling at a higher level he will get tagged.

Small can hit no disputing that - I think alot would depend on the reaction Moore/Macklin would have to being tagged by Small. If they get hurt, then Small can win - if not... Small loses.

Tak wasn't finding that hard to nail Small when he was fresh. Just he went after 3 rounds and never recovered.

Small isn't that big a puncher he just hits from unexpected angles.

Macklin maybe. But I can't see Moore losing to Small. No way does Small hit hard enough to get Moore out of there, not with one shot. Jamie weathers that storm before (ahem) storming back to stop Small. Flashiness is no substitute for proper learning fights. Moore inside 8, should it happen,

I watched this in the pub tonight with no sound. Impressive performace from Small, what did he have to say in his post fight interview?

Same thing, those are the ones that hurt.

Ask Hatton, he'll tell ya. Mayweather weren't a 'big puncher' either.

What didn't Anthony say in his post-fight interviewr? I'm only kidding! Small is a likeable person, charismatic, what boxing needs. Even when he was interviewed afterwards, because Anthony was talking a lot, he & the interviewer seemed to be having a laugh!

No doubt Anthony can hit. I'd like to see him, as he stated afterwards, not load up sometimes with his punches, just let the combos flow, etc. I also feel Anthonty needs to be more ruthless, have a bit more killer instinct. I thought he could have won earlier than he actually did.

Nonetheless, a solid win for Small. His confidence doesn't seem to have wavered since the loss to Pryce & with a couple of more victories under his belt, Small should be moving onto bigger things.

Who would we like to see Small in with next at LMW?
