Because your prospects don't face each other. Its a case of fight 8 tomato cans, 8 journeymen, 2 fringe contenders, 1 ex champthen fight for the title.

I think khan can in the Near Future,
He certainly is progressing nicely.
But now is way way to soon be even thinking of a Match-up between the two.

Point taken
I just got carried away with all the sillyness of the topic..

Juan Diaz isn't fat he just doesn't look that toned even when in shape. Some people just don't have the genetics for a toned physique. He started his career at Light Welterweight!

Well I see the topic has drawn some debate. I guess it is a bit of a premature question, especially because Khan doesn't fight at 140.
I think a good fight to gauge where Khan is at would be a fight against Edner Cherry. He's a decent fighter who has fought some good competition. But after what he did to Wes Furgeson, I don't see Khan's handlers making that fight. Khan could probably outbox Cherry, but if Cherry landed one hard punch like he did to Fergeson, the fight would be over.

If Cherry hit Khan on the chin, you could get the duvets and pillows, cos Khan would be in slumber for a LONG time.

Khan has better skills than Malignaggi. He has a better offensive arsenal. Khan is bigger and stronger than Malignaggi despite fighting at a lower weight class. He has better stamina
The only thing Malignaggi probably does better is he has a decent chin BUT given he doesn't have any sort of punch he bares no threat to Khan.
Fella, for someone who usually posts informed comments this is laughable. There's no way Malignaggi punches any weaker than Limond, Khan hasn't proven his skills at anything beyond domestic level yet and as for stamina, Malignaggi's gone the distance with a far higher calibre of opposition than Khan.
At this stage Khan remains completely unproven at world-class level so these sort of statements are impossible to back up with evidence.
I'm just of the opinion that Khan has far greater talent than Malignaggi and this would be a good style match up for Khan. I'm of the oinion that Limmond was a bannana skin that Khan won't slip up on again. I'm also of the opinion that Khan doesn't have the china chin hes made out to have
with Khan's speed, you'd think he wouldn't have too many reservations fighting a guy like Malignaggi. A normal speed fighter will always sturggle with Paulie, but if you're fast and can surprise the guy and steal openings, the Malignaggis of the world are too much of a problem. In a couple of years Khan beats this guy.

if you leave your chin out to dry, anyone can get a good shot in.... if Malignaggi had no power, fighters would not even guard.... if Khan had no chin, he wouldnt fight the way he does.
Fact is Khan vs Limond KD was perfect example of poor defensive movement (throughout fight), not IMO example of poor chin....
